Spanish Trail, located in the Spring Valley area of Las Vegas, Nevada 89113, is a distinguished and exclusive guard-gated luxury community adjacent to Summerlin. It is positioned east of the Spanish Hills community and offers residents a convenient location with quick access to various entertainment, dining, and shopping options in Las Vegas.

The community derives its name from the route used by pioneers who traversed the Las Vegas Valley, making it the oldest transportation route in the state.
