We hope the job market improves and high paying jobs return to Las Vegas. 3. We hope jumbo financing becomes easier to obtain for our luxury home buyers. 4. We hope the excessive level of luxury home inventory in Las Vegas begins to subside. 5. We hope that the declining prices of the past few years stabilize and we commence a new period of luxury home price appreciation. If these five hopes come true, 2011 will be an outstanding year!
