There are so many positive factors all colliding at the same moment that could make this the best year ever selling Las Vegas luxury homes. On a national level we have the stock market making all time highs. We have nearly full employment. We have record low interest rates. All three of these factors will lead to strong Las Vegas luxury home sales. Locally we have the Raiders coming to Las Vegas marking our second professional sports franchise. We will see the opening of a new hotel casino when Resort World celebrates their upcoming grand opening. We continue to see both job and population growth drive the economy. As a Las Vegas top agent it has been rare to see so many positive factors all at the same time. I know that Las Vegas luxury homeowners will need to stay realistic, but for those that do 2020 could payoff as one of the best selling luxury home sales years in our history.
