The hot days of August are here in Las Vegas. Last week I recorded 117 degrees on my thermometer! Luxury homes in Las Vegas are heating up too. With the month not yet half over I have recorded five luxury home sales near or above one million dollars. The most recent luxury home sale was in Promontory at The Ridges in Summerlin. This luxury custom home sold for $1.8 million. Next we closed a sale for $1.475 million in Red Rock Country Club. Today we finalize a luxury home sale in Mountain Trails. I find it very encouraging that we are so busy in a month that many luxury home buyers are out vacationing or not wanting to look at luxury real estate in the heat of the Las Vegas summer. Could this be a sign of things to come?
