During the month of August I had Las Vegas luxury home sale closings for $3,160,000 in Falcon Ridge at The Ridges , $3,050,000 in Lake Las Vegas, and $1,875,000 in Sterling Ridge at The Ridges . Las Vegas luxury home buyer traffic was steady. July was also a strong month for Las Vegas fine home sales with multi-million dollar sales in Seven Hills , Canyon Fairways , The Ridges and Southwest Las Vegas. And now in early September I recently sold a Las Vegas luxury home in Canyon Gate Country Club . It looks like the year will finish strong for Las Vegas fine homes!
