The market is ramping up for another solid year of Las Vegas luxury home sales. The holidays are always a quiet period for luxury home sales in Las Vegas and the New Year’s hangover seems to last until after the Super Bowl. But now, early spring is almost in the air and our best selling season of the year is approaching. From February until August in 2018 our luxury home market was about as good as a market can be. In 2019 I would expect another good run. It might not be quite as good as 2018 was with the present challenges of government shutdowns, trade wars, interest rate hikes and stock market gyrations. However, fundamentally the market in Las Vegas is sound and our local economy is growing.
