I’m finding that as the new homes found in The Ridges Las Vegas command a premium, some savvy luxury home buyers will visit some of the timeless, classic guard gated communities for the value. Neighborhoods like Canyon Fairways at Summerlin, Bellacere, MacDonald Highlands, Seven Hills, Southern Highlands, Tournament Hills and Eagle Hills all have had good Las Vegas luxury home sales too!
