With one quarter of the year remaining in Las Vegas luxury homes sales it looks like 2014 will be another good year. It doesn’t appear we will match the record setting year of 2013 but it will be a solid year for luxury home sales in Las Vegas. Fine homes in Las Vegas had a great spurt of appreciation in 2013 and that led to more luxury home sellers. Luxury home buyers became a little more cautious and the number of Las Vegas luxury home sales declined by about 10-15%.
