August was a banner month for Luxury Home sales in Las Vegas. We had 24 luxury home closings over One Million Dollars and 9 of those sales were over Two Million Dollars. The highest sale that closed was $8,000,000 for a luxury home in The Ridges, Las Vegas that was on two Homesites with two homes. The fastest luxury home sale took just 2 days. One could certainly say that Luxury Home sales in Las Vegas are on fire!
