August was a tremendous month for Luxury Homes of Las Vegas – we had our best August ever! Closings were very constant at incredible prices that ranged up to $3,500,000. We closed $17 million worth of Las Vegas luxury real estate in August alone! This is even more remarkable because the hot summer month of August can sometimes be slow as luxury buyers take vacations and generally get out of the Las Vegas heat. After Labor Day we go into a nice fall selling season that helps us end the year strong!
