August is a traditional month of summer vacations and naturally that means a seasonal slowdown in the Las Vegas luxury home market. Many of our luxury home buyers and luxury home sellers travel to their favorite vacation spots (or to their 2nd or 3rd homes) and enjoy a break from the Las Vegas summer heat. In fact, August and December are historically the two slowest months for the Las Vegas and Henderson luxury home market.
