The history of luxury homes in Las Vegas sure has evolved in the past 20 years. 20 years ago building an extra large home and placing it on a golf course was about all it took to call it a luxury home. Not so anymore. Now not only do luxury homes in Las Vegas have to have an appropriate size and a wonderful view, but these luxury home also need to have the latest and greatest finishes and amenities like luxury home automation, sound & audio systems, extravagant pools, granite, marble, wine cellars, four and more car garages, elevators, disappearing doors and architectural style. And it never hurts to have something unique and creative that can give a luxury home its signature. I have enjoyed watching the evolution of luxury homes in Las Vegas and I can’t wait to see what the next 20 years brings us!
