Do you take a luxury car out for a test drive before you buy it? Nowadays, some luxury buyers are testing out their luxury home before they buy it. Builders and developers, in some cases, are allowing buyers to meet their neighbors, cook in the kitchen, or even spend the night in a luxury home before they make their final decision on purchasing. Luxury home buyers say it gives them more confidence to purchase after they have met some of the surrounding neighbors and make sure they get along. Other luxury home buyers cook in the kitchen or swim in the pool for an afternoon. And finally, some spend an entire night in the luxury home property. Is this a new emerging trend or just a fad?
