2018 was a record setting year and my personal best year ever!
I sold over $85 million of luxury homes in Las Vegas. My highest sale was $8,900,000 (the thirdhighest sale in the city) and I closed 58 transactions. Specializing in Las Vegas luxury homes made my average sales price just under $1,500,000 in a city where the average price is under $300,000. I could not have done this without great clients to serve and an amazing support team. The most notable accomplishment for me was the gratification I receive by providing the highest quality, quantity and spirit of real estate service possible to our clients and the community!
