Is the Market Slow-down Something to be Worried About?
The Las Vegas luxury home market may have slowed down a little but we are still bringing in fantastic offers for our sellers and getting offers accepted for our buyers! Multi-million dollar luxury homes are being purchased from California buyers as they continue to flock here to Las Vegas. I was recently interviewed by the Las Vegas Review Journal and they asked me about my take on the market. One of my main points in the article is that after having a strong luxury market for over a year, a slow down is only natural, especially during the holiday season.
