This month’s sales in April will show that our closings are down. Naturally, both Buyers and Sellers have chosen to hibernate during this health crisis. Our real test will be how quickly the market returns to normal. Right now I see some very serious buyers continuing to shop for a home, and some very serious sellers looking to attract those buyers. Many are realizing just how important their home environment is to them and their families.
