The Ridges in Summerlin and Red Rock Country Club real estate remain the strongest luxury estate markets. I am also seeing higher activity in Henderson luxury home neighborhoods including Seven Hills real estate, MacDonald Highlands real estate, Anthem Country Club real estate and Lake Las Vegas real estate. Henderson luxury real estate becomes the choice for many that wish to reside on the east side of our valley while Southern Highlands real estate offers an excellent location for those that might travel back and forth from Southern California. Summerlin luxury real estate remains the popular choice for those that locate on the west side of Las Vegas. Interesting to note that all 7 of these luxury home sales were located in guard gated neighborhoods.
