I love living where I sell and The Ridges Las Vegas fits the bill. I built a custom luxury home in The Ridges and have been living in The Ridges since February. I have been leading the sales results in The Ridges real estate and now have 8 Las Vegas luxury home listings in Las Vegas’ most affluent community. In 2003 I started selling luxury home in Las Vegas in The Ridges. Even then I recognized The Ridges was destined to become a world class luxury home neighborhood. I recently closed a sale in Falcon Ridge at The Ridges for $3,580,000 representing both the Las Vegas luxury home Buyer and the happy Seller. Like many Las Vegas custom home Buyers, this buyer was focused only on The Ridges luxury homes. In the past year The Ridges accounted for 27 of 67 luxury home sales in Las Vegas exceeding $2 million. I’m happy to report that I had my share of those sales in The Ridges too!
