At last my third residence in The Ridges Las Vegas is nearing completion. My new home in Falcon Ridge at The Ridges has taken about 13 months to construct. Purchasing a homesite and building your own luxury home has advantages. You get to choose all the finishes. You get to be the only one that has lived in the home. You (hopefully) get to control the costs of construction. There are disadvantages too. Construction often takes longer than planned. Finished items don’t always look like you thought they would.
