2013 was a great year for the sale of luxury homes in The Ridges, Las Vegas. 2014 looks like it will be amazing as well. I just closed a custom luxury home at 23 Skybird Ct for $2,855,000 and represented both the luxury home buyer as well as the luxury home seller (who was a past client of mine). This is the first luxury home closing in The Ridges for 2014. Presently there are six other luxury home in The Ridges that are in escrow. Last year there were 39 luxury homes sold in The Ridges and I handled 13 sales. There were three luxury home sales over $6,000,000 with the highest being $6,500,000. These statistics continue to show that The Ridges at Summerlin is the most affluent community in Las Vegas.
