Constantly selling in The Ridges I sometimes take it for granted that EVERYBODY knows about The Ridges, right? Well, last week I had a real estate agent call me that had never been in The Ridges Las Vegas and had no idea what stunning Las Vegas luxury homes were found inside the gates. I helped give her an orientation to the neighborhood (and of course my listings!). If you are buying or selling in The Ridges you need to be absolutely certain that your Broker is an expert in The Ridges. I live in the community and have sold homes in The Ridges since 2003.
