I can hardly believe it, but soon we will have homeowners living in The Summit Club Las Vegas. When this affluent lifestyle custom lot community was announced 3 years ago there were a lot of skeptics. Many found it hard to believe Discovery Land Company would be able to sell lots for up to $10 million in Las Vegas. Well, they proved everybody wrong! With over 90 lot closings and prices from $10 million to $2 million for custom lots this newest Las Vegas enclave is taking shape as the destination for the affluent. If you own an NHL hockey team (Go Knights Go!) or an NFL football team this is where you live.
