There are many amenities that Las Vegas luxury home buyers desire but what are the most important? With 25 years of experience selling Las Vegas luxury homes I have found a few key desires. While the old saying “different strokes for different folks” certainly applies, I see that many luxury buyers are seeking unique features that will set their luxury home in Las Vegas apart and give them some “bragging rights” with their friends and acquaintances. For example, a world class view of the Las Vegas Strip can leave a jaw dropping impression. An over the top game room can host memorable social events. A chic home theater can be the ideal gathering spot for movies and the big game. A premium wine cellar can appear as a piece of art as well as store a prized collection. A 20 car garage can feature representatives of the best luxury automobiles. A gourmet kitchen can be the dream for the culinary enthusiast. A spa like master retreat can be the ideal sanctuary for a luxury homeowner. While all these features can mean so much to each individual buyer, I have found over the years that the most common theme is the view!
