The Las Vegas luxury home market has grown rapidly over the years and is so diverse that there are now many rich parts of Las Vegas for them to live in. For example, Drew and Jonathan Scott (the Property Brothers) live in Spring Valley. Former heavyweight champion Mike Tyson lives in Seven Hills in a home that I sold to him. Holly Madison lives in Rancho Circle, an older neighborhood closer to the Strip where she entertained. Many of the Vegas Golden Knights live in The Ridges and are my neighbors. The Ridges is close to their practice facility in Summerlin. Many of the Las Vegas Raiders live in Southern Highlands including their quarterback Derek Carr and coach Jon Gruden. Celene Dione has lived in Lake Las Vegas and will soon live in The Summit Club. Steve Wynn lives in Billionaire’s Row in Summerlin where his Las Vegas mansion is on the market for $25 million. David Copperfield is one of Steve Wynn’s neighbors on Billionaire Row in Summerlin. Entertainers Jillette Penn and Carlos Santana both live in The Ridges. I sold two homes in The Ridges to Carlos Santana over the years! Baseball legend Greg Maddux lives in The Ridges. Tennis legend Andre Agassi lives in Queensridge. Floyd Mayweather has a new Las Vegas mansion in Queensridge. Imagine Dragons members have lived in Mountain Trails and The Ridges. Movie Star Nicholas Cage has lived in Spanish Hills, among other Las Vegas’ best locations. What do all these locations have in common? For the most part the neighborhoods that celebrities live in here in Las Vegas are guard gated communities with restricted access. Naturally, celebrities need their privacy and feel more secure this way. They are also neighborhoods that have many affluent and wealthy residents and therefore world-class luxury homes that are suitable for celebrities.
