Rhodes Ranch Golf Club
Rhodes Ranch is a guard-gated golf course community in the southwest area of Las Vegas with the ZIP code 89148. It was named after its home builder and developer, Jim Rhodes. This community was announced in 1996 when Jim Rhodes purchased 1,330 acres of land.
Rhodes Ranch is renowned for its high success as a master-planned community, boasting 3,795 single-family homes and plans to expand to approximately 4,000 homes.
The Rhodes Ranch Golf Club, designed by Ted Robinson, opened on November 6, 1997, covering 162 acres. The community boasts over 3,500 palm trees, and its entrance features a prominent “Rhodes Ranch” sign in large letters.
Additionally, the community offers resort-style pools and a 35,000-square-foot recreation and fitness center. Notably, it also features a dedicated waterpark for its residents to enjoy.
