Ridgebrook is one of the smaller Summerlin villages, encompassing only 100 acres and 486 homes in the 89135 zip code. There are only four neighborhoods within Ridgebrook, and construction began in 2001.
The community features a 6.3-acre park known as Ridgebrook Park.
Desert Inn Road separates the village from the neighboring The Willows and Red Rock Country Club. Additionally, Ridgebrook is adjacent to the Dawson Private School, and the guard-gated community of The Ridges.
