The Crossing is a 530-acre mixed-use village in the master-planned community of Summerlin. It was the first village established on the opposite side of Summerlin Parkway in 1994 and is a part of the Summerlin North Homeowners Association.
The Crossing is situated in the 89144 zip code. Nearby Summerlin Villages include The Trails, The Canyons, and The Hills.
The Crossing is home to The Crossing Business Center, one of Summerlin’s largest commercial areas, and Summerlin Hospital Medical Center, established in 1996. This 40-acre hospital complex is managed by the Valley Health System, providing top-quality medical services to the Summerlin community. In 2010, Summerlin celebrated its 20th anniversary with the completion of a $100 million expansion.
The Crossing includes two parks: The twelve-acre Crossing Park and the Oxfords Park.
