Waldorf Astoria Las Vegas
Waldorf Astoria is a 47-story luxury high-rise offering opulent living on the Las Vegas Strip at the southeastern corner of the famed City Center complex. It provides some of the finest high-rise luxury residences in Las Vegas, the world entertainment capital.
The Waldorf Astoria offers a hotel destination and condo living, with 225 luxury residences perched on top of the 389 hotel rooms.
The first to 22nd floors contain hotel rooms, while the 23rd floor is designated for common areas. Private residences occupy the 24th to the 47th floors, with penthouses from the 41st to the 47th floors (there is no 44th floor).
The building has only 12 large penthouses, with one penthouse on each corner across six floors (03/06). There are smaller penthouses in addition to the 12 largest ones.
Luxury condo homeowners enter the Waldorf Astoria through a private lobby. Residents can access all hotel amenities, including room service, turn-down service, valet, and concierge services. The hotel itself is non-gaming and non-smoking.
Amenities include 24/7 security, three pools, poolside cabanas, a world-class spa, a fitness center, a yoga studio, an owner’s lounge, valet, and concierge services.
Three restaurant options with breathtaking views of The Strip are on the 23rd floor.
The shops at Crystal, Aria Resort and Casino, and Vdara are just around the corner.
Initially owned by MGM Mirage and Dubai World and operated by the Mandarin Oriental Hotel Group as part of its luxury chain, it opened on December 4, 2009.
The hotel was rebranded under the Waldorf Astoria name in 2018, following a $214 million purchase by hotel investors Tiffany Lam and Panda Express founders Andrew and Peggy Cherng.
Hilton Worldwide manages it as part of the Waldorf Astoria Hotels & Resorts brand.
