It is nearly unbelievable that 2020 is here and the Raiders will be moving to Las Vegas! The NFL season will end for the Raiders on December 29. I anticipate that most players will take some much needed rest, but that soon in January we will begin to see players and/or their wives arriving in Las Vegas for house hunting trips. I have been making contacts the past several months with player agents, management and Human Resources to take advantage of this bonanza. While not all players will purchase, even the ones leasing will help shrink the existing Las Vegas luxury home inventory. I anticipate a temporary but notable spike in Las Vegas luxury home sales activity that will benefit all. If you are waiting for the spring selling season for your Las Vegas luxury home you should start early this year!
